Laut heutiger Pressemeldung hat das EU-Parlament am Dienstag (14. März) für die neuen Gebäuderichtlinien gestimmt. Doch was bedeutet das überhaupt? Den Plänen zufolge soll bis 2033 jedes Gebäude mindestens einen Energieeffizienzstandard der Klasse D haben. Das soll die Emissionen im Gebäudesektor verringern und so zum Klimaschutz beitragen. Die Gebäudeenergieeffizienzklasse D in Deutschland bedeutet, dass der spezifische Energieverbrauch des Gebäudes zwischen 130 und 160 kWh/m²a liegen muss. Der Energieverbrauch wird anhand eines Energieausweises berechnet.
Sozusagen gibt die EU grünes Licht für „Zwangssanierungen“ unserer Gebäude. Haben sich diese gut bezahlten EU-Abgeordneten schon einmal einen Gedanken darüber gemacht, woher das Geld kommen soll? Doch die Klimaschutz-Idee sorgt nicht bei allen für Begeisterung, schließlich ist die Energie-Sanierung von Gebäuden mit massiven Kosten verbunden.
Wieviele Hausbesitzer gibt es denn jetzt schon, die sich den Blödsinn neuer Heizungen wie von Habeck initiiert nicht leisten können? Wieviele Hausbesitzer können sich ein weiteres Finanzmonster leisten, die die Zwangssanierungen gemäß Klimaschutz aufbringen können.
Nicht alle sind so betucht, so etwas leisten zu können. Es wird wieder von „Steuerhilfe“ geschwafelt. Wer kommt für die Steuerhilfen auf? Ist es Habecks Grüne Gemeinde, glaube kaum?
Die Mieter können dieses Geld auch nicht mehr stemmen, ist ihnen doch in den letzten Jahren schon zu viel aus der Tasche genommen worden.
