Deutschland hat 447.000 oder mehr Bürger, die keine Wohnung haben, die also keine Postadresse, keine Kontonummer, keine Pflegeversicherung, keine Krankenkasse, oft nichts zu essen und nichts anzuziehen haben. Davon sollen circa 196.000 Personen einen deutschen Pass haben. Das sind Zahlen, die nicht stimmen müssen, aber durchaus stimmen können.
Sie sind nicht obdachlos, weil sie zu faul oder zu dumm waren. Sie verloren ihre Wohnung, weil sie Unglück hatten. Unter ihnen gibt es ehemalige Manager, Wissenschaftler oder Bankangestellte. Also Menschen, die durchaus eine gute Ausbildung haben, aber aus irgendwelchen Gründen ( Krankheit, Scheidung, Schulden ) ihre Wohnung verloren.
Ich finde das für diesen Staat, der sich so humanistisch gebärdet, eine Schande.
Auf der anderen Seite bekommen im Rahmen der Willkommenskultur Flüchtlinge vom ersten Tag an kostenlos eine Notunterkunft. Da bekommen Migranten aus der Ukraine Bürgergeld, ärztliche Betreuung, Kindergärten, Schulen und Sprachunterricht. Auch das alles ohne Gegenleistung.
Warum ist das für 196.000 deutsche Bürger nicht möglich?
Jetzt versuchen einige Städte, so genannte humane Pflegehäuser einzurichten, in denen Schwerkranke betreut werden können. In Hamburg entsteht eine Einrichtung für 118 Personen, was natürlich ein Tropfen auf den heißen Stein ist.
Und es ist unsinnig, die Symptome zu behandeln. Obdachlosenasyle, Tafeln und Streetworker sind gut und schön, aber damit werden die Ursachen nicht beseitigt.
Man muss die Voraussetzungen für das Entstehen solcher Probleme bekämpfen. Es dürfen keine Entlassungen erfolgen, ohne den Nachweis einer Ersatzarbeit. Es dürfen keine Wohnungen gekündigt werden, ohne das Angebot einer zumutbaren anderen Bleibe. Das Recht auf ärztliche Betreuung darf niemandem verweigert werden. Das Recht auf ein Bankkonto sollte ein Grundrecht sein und bleiben.
Mir kann keiner einreden, dass die Obdachlosen ihr Schicksal gewollt und sich freiwillig für das Leben auf der Straße entschieden haben.
Dass es anders geht, wurde z. B. in der DDR bewiesen. Es gab in diesem Staat keine Obdachlosen. Die Mär, dass er deswegen untergegangen ist, glaubt heute zum Glück keiner mehr. Aber das ist ein ganz anderes Thema.
